AUDIOAll audios and scripts have a baseline charge for 1000 words (except for Unscripted NSFW). All prices below are modifiers for word counts beyond 1000.SFW:

DELIVERY PROCESS1. Upon receiving the commission form, I will reach out to you via email within 7 days.
2. We will agree on the audio's content, a quoted price, and a delivery time.
3. The audio will be delivered within the time frame agreed upon by the client and the VA. You will be refunded if I'm unable to do so.
TERMS
Clients will be presented with a contract with the following:The CLIENT, the commissioner requesting the audio or script.
The VA, the performer, speaknowa.
The COMMISSION, the finished product as requested by the CLIENT and recorded by speaknowa.–1.1: Description of the audio or script.–2.1: Quoted price (see Pricing).
–2.2: Client will pay 50% of the quoted price upfront, then pay the remaining 50% upon delivery of the editable draft OR 100% of the quoted price upfront.
–2.3: No refunds offered unless the VA is unable to finish the client's work.
–2.4: Agreed upon schedule for delivery of the commission, typically between 14–31 days depending on the type.
–2.5: A draft of the script will be delivered mid-way through the recording process. Minor revisions may requested at this point.–3.1: The VA retains the right to list the client and publicly post commissions to social media, etc., unless the commission is private.
–3.2: For private commissions, client will not profit off of the commission.
–3.3: The VA retains the rights to use the commission for commercial or promotional purposes.
–3.4: The commission will not be knowingly fed into AI systems or monetized through cryptocurrency markets. Doing so is forbidden.
–3.5.1: Clients may not claim or repurpose the commission for their ownership or redistribution.
–3.5.2: Clients may not add unauthorized content into the commission.
–3.5.3: Clients may not download or share commissions without prior agreement.–4.1: The client affirms that they are above the age of 18.
–4.2: speaknowa is not liable for minors accessing the VA's NSFW content.–5.1: Both the client and the VA agree to protect potentially sensitive information, including but not limited to: legal names, contact/payment information.
–5.2: In cases of client misconduct, the VA reserves the right to collect screenshots, with personal information redacted.
